Terms of Service

Lumen Cast ("the App", "we")

Effective date: September 14, 2026

By downloading or using Lumen Cast you agree to these Terms. If you do not

agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Lumen Cast lets you cast photos, videos, live camera, screen mirroring, web

media, and IPTV playlists from your iPhone or iPad to TVs and streaming

devices (DLNA, AirPlay, Chromecast, Roku) on the same local network.

Casting happens directly between your devices; we operate no content servers.

2. Free and Pro features

The free tier includes photo/video casting and screen mirroring limited to

10 minutes per day at 720p.

Lumen Cast Pro unlocks live camera casting, web media sniffer, IPTV,

1080p/4K mirroring, and removes the daily mirror quota.

We may adjust which features are free or Pro in future versions; features

you have already unlocked with a Lifetime purchase remain available.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly / yearly) and as a

one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and

may vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before

the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in

iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its media services terms; we cannot

issue refunds directly.

Restore Purchases in the App reinstates prior purchases tied to your

Apple ID.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

Only cast content you own or have the right to view and share.
Use the IPTV feature only with playlists and streams you are legally

entitled to access. We do not provide, endorse, or curate any IPTV

channels or content.

Not use the App to infringe copyright, bypass DRM or paywalls, or violate

the terms of the content sources you access through the built-in browser.

Not reverse engineer the App except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Third-party devices and services

Compatibility depends on your TV or streaming device and your network. We do

not guarantee that every DLNA/AirPlay/Chromecast/Roku device will work in

every environment. Apple, Google, Roku, and TV manufacturers' own terms apply

to their devices and services.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its branding are our property. Your content remains

yours; using the App grants us no rights over it.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any

kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular

purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free

operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect,

incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost

profits, or device incompatibility arising from use of the App. Our total

liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months

preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or

withdraw the App or features with reasonable notice where practicable.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the

developer is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer

protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted in the App's

release notes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

1. 服务内容

本应用可将照片、视频、实时摄像头、屏幕镜像、网页媒体及 IPTV 播放列表从您的 iPhone 或 iPad 投放到同一局域网内的电视或流媒体设备（DLNA、AirPlay、Chromecast、Roku）。投屏在您的设备之间直接进行，我们不运营内容服务器。

2. 免费与 Pro 功能

免费版包含照片/视频投屏，以及每日 10 分钟、720p 的屏幕镜像。
Lumen Cast Pro 解锁实时摄像头投屏、网页媒体嗅探、IPTV、1080p/4K 镜像，并取消每日镜像时长限制。
未来版本可能调整免费与 Pro 功能范围；已通过终身版解锁的功能不受影响。

3. 订阅与购买

Pro 提供自动续订订阅（每周/每年）及一次性终身买断。价格以购买前应用内显示为准，可能因地区而异。
确认购买后将从您的 Apple ID 扣款。订阅自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。可在 iOS 设置 › Apple ID › 订阅中管理或取消。
退款由 Apple 按其媒体服务条款处理，我们无法直接退款。
应用内的"恢复购买"可恢复与您 Apple ID 关联的购买。

4. 合理使用

您同意：

仅投放您拥有或有权观看和分享的内容。
IPTV 功能仅用于您合法有权访问的播放列表和流媒体。我们不提供、推荐或编排任何 IPTV 频道或内容。
不得利用本应用侵犯版权、绕过 DRM 或付费墙，或违反您通过内置浏览器访问的内容来源的条款。
除适用法律允许外，不得对本应用进行逆向工程。

5. 第三方设备与服务

兼容性取决于您的电视或流媒体设备及网络环境，我们不保证所有 DLNA/AirPlay/Chromecast/Roku 设备在所有环境下均可用。Apple、Google、Roku 及电视厂商的条款适用于其各自设备与服务。

6. 知识产权

本应用及其设计、品牌为我们所有。您的内容仍归您所有，使用本应用不授予我们对您内容的任何权利。

7. 免责声明

本应用按"现状"和"可用"提供，不作任何明示或默示保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权。我们不保证不间断或无错误运行。

8. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害，或因使用本应用导致的数据丢失、利润损失或设备不兼容承担责任。我们的累计责任以您在索赔前 12 个月内为本应用支付的金额为限。

9. 终止

您可随时删除本应用停止使用。在可行的情况下，我们会以合理通知后暂停或下架本应用或部分功能。

10. 适用法律

本协议受开发者所在地法律管辖（排除冲突法规则）。您居住国的强制性消费者保护不受影响。

11. 协议变更

我们可能更新本协议，重大变更将在应用更新说明中注明。生效后继续使用即视为接受。
